Najah Perfumes is an individual brand based in Karachi, Pakistan. We offer a wide range of premium perfumes and fragrance products.

2. Order Process

Orders can be placed via:

Website: Orders placed through the official website.
WhatsApp: Order support and custom requests available.
Ads: Orders from ads will be directed to the website or WhatsApp for processing.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Debit/Credit Cards
Easypaisa / JazzCash

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery across Pakistan is expected within 7 working days, excluding holidays.
Shipping charges depend on the location and order price. Orders above PKR 7,000 qualify for free delivery.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy allows customers to return products within 7 days if the product is defective or incorrect. Opened perfume bottles are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect.

6. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are available and can be processed by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email.
Discounts and special pricing will be provided for large quantities.

7. Age Requirement

There is no age restriction to access or use our website. However, orders placed by minors should be reviewed by a guardian or parent.
