Najah Perfumes accepts return or exchange requests within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original, sealed, and unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be accepted. If your order included any complimentary samples or promotional gifts, these must also be returned. If not, PKR 500 per missing item will be deducted from the refund.
If the product you receive is damaged, broken, leaking, or defective, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to support@najahperfumes.com. You can also report directly via WhatsApp at +92-334-8999922 for a quicker response. Once we verify the issue, our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process. Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for a return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to your card. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer once the returned item passes quality control. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing, with an additional 3 to 5 days depending on your bank’s clearing time.
To start a return, contact us via email with your name, order number, and reason for return. If your return is due to damage, include photos as well. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please pack the item in its original box with all accompanying materials and invoice. Use a trusted courier service and share the tracking number with us after dispatch. Najah Perfumes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange: items that have been opened or used, personalized or engraved products, sale or promotional items, and returns made beyond 7 days. Incomplete returns without original packaging or invoice will also be rejected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). In such cases, return courier costs may be covered by Najah Perfumes.
